Here are a few pointers to help:
- Arrive 5-10 minutes before class to get comfortable and ask any questions. Classes start right on time.
- You will just need a mat, let your instructor know prior if you do not have one or need guidance. For beach yoga, the biggest beach towel you have works best.
- It's best to stop eating an hour prior to class, have water with you and wear clothes that will move with you throughout class.
- You will become more flexible as you practice, just begin!
