This workshop will focus on how we connect to our true power within and find our voice - as always with a gentle yoga flow and goddess circle time. Our time to come together and restore: heart, mind & body in loving support of ourselves & each other. We will tap into our divine feminine energy, in celebration of each other, honoring the journey of sisterhood. All levels are welcome. We will enjoy a beautiful goddess yoga flow and healing breathwork to reconnect with the ocean of feminine energy that lives inside us all!
